Chief Executive Officer
Anthony joined BankVic as Chief Financial Officer in January 2017, and was appointed CEO in July, 2018.
A Finance Executive with over 20 years experience in the finance, superannuation and investment sectors, Anthony has provided leadership and strategic direction across multiple functions including Finance, Investment, Business Intelligence, Operations and Technology.
Anthony has significant experience in identifying key insights and communicating what this means for the business, clearly and simply. Anthony’s commitment and passion lies in ensuring the member is at the forefront of all that we do.

Chief Sales Officer
Rosemary was appointed in May 2014 and has 36 years of experience working in Banking & Finance.
Previously working with Victoria Teachers Mutual Bank for 20 years, she has experience in Contact Centres, Sales, Insurance, Branches, Lending, Cards, Foreign Exchange and Financial Planning.
Rosemary is responsible for the Contact Centre, Lending, Insurance, Branches, Financial Planning and Sales results.
She holds a Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance, Insurance Affiliate, Diploma of Mortgage Lending and is a Senior Associate Member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).
Chief Information Officer
Scott joined BankVic in September 2016 with a career spanning three decades in Financial Services and Telecommunications Technology. Scott has held the role of Chief Digital & Data Officer and Chief Innovation Officer at BankVic, and took on the role of Chief Information Officer in March 2018 with overall responsibility for all of BankVic’s Technology.
Prior to joining BankVic, Scott held executive positions at ANZ Bank in Australia, and Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust and News in the UK. His experience spans executive management, professional services and the introduction of new technology into businesses to raise productivity and improve customer experience.
Chief Risk Officer
Michael joined BankVic as Chief Risk Officer in October 2016.
He has extensive experience in management of financial institutions having previously held Chief Risk Officer and Chief Financial Officer roles within the Australian finance sector, together with senior management roles internationally with Lloyds Banking Group in London.
Michael is a Fellow CPA and holds a Bachelor of Business.
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew joined BankVic as Head of Finance - Strategy & Performance in August 2017, and was appointed Acting CFO in April 2018.
Andrew has 17 years experience in the private and public sectors, including finance and commercial positions at the Victorian Government Department of Treasury & Finance, Independent Review of the State Finances, National Broadband Network, and the Commonwealth Government Industry Innovation Network. In addition, Andrew has had significant experience consulting to an ASX listed multinational corporation, and more recently, has held the position of Chief Financial Officer to one of Australia’s largest national provider of retail supplier services.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, Economics & Finance and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
He is motivated by results and outcomes that contribute to enhancing operational performance, and favourable financial and social outcomes.

Chief People & Culture Officer
Michelle joined BankVic in March 2018 and is responsible for building our culture, employee engagement and workforce performance.
Her 16-year career in People & Culture has seen her hold senior positions in Australia and in the UK. Prior to joining BankVic, Michelle has worked in financial services including the general insurance, superannuation and banking sectors.
Michelle has extensive people leadership and coaching experience. Her approach to achieving results is consultative and positive, and is what drives her ongoing success.
Michelle is an AHRI member and a Certified Organisational Coach, ICEL.
BA LLB (Hons)
Penny was appointed Company Secretary in October 2017 and is responsible for corporate governance and matters relating to the Board.
Prior to joining BankVic, Penny held the role of advisor to the Chief Commissioner of Victoria Police.
She has over 18 years experience in senior public sector roles covering corruption prevention, policy and law reform.
Penny holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Melbourne, she is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
