Chief Executive Officer
Stephen was appointed Chief Executive Officer of BankVic in February 2015.
A pure financial services career, Stephen joined BankVic as in January 2014. Prior to BankVic, Stephen has held executive positions at ANZ as Head of Technology and at Aviva as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer in Central Europe and Chief Financial Officer in Spain.
Stephen joined Aviva from Banco Santander in London where he held various senior positions including Chief Financial Officer at Santander Asset Management UK. Prior to Banco Santander, Stephen was at AMP Henderson Global Investors.
Stephen is a Fellow CPA, holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting.

Chief Sales Officer
Rosemary was appointed in May 2014 and has 36 years of experience working in Banking & Finance.
Previously working with Victoria Teachers Mutual Bank for 20 years, she has experience in Contact Centres, Sales, Insurance, Branches, Lending, Cards, Foreign Exchange and Financial Planning.
Rosemary is responsible for the Contact Centre, Lending, Insurance, Branches, Financial Planning and Sales results.
She holds a Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance, Insurance Affiliate, Diploma of Mortgage Lending and is a Senior Associate Member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).
Chief Information Officer
Scott joined BankVic in September 2016 with a career spanning three decades in Financial Services and Telecommunications Technology. Scott has held the role of Chief Digital & Data Officer and Chief Innovation Officer at BankVic, and took on the role of Chief Information Officer in March 2018 with overall responsibility for all of BankVic’s Technology.
Prior to joining BankVic, Scott held executive positions at ANZ Bank in Australia, and Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust and News in the UK. His experience spans executive management, professional services and the introduction of new technology into businesses to raise productivity and improve customer experience.
Chief Risk Officer
Michael joined BankVic as Chief Risk Officer in October 2016.
He has extensive experience in management of financial institutions having previously held Chief Risk Officer and Chief Financial Officer roles within the Australian finance sector, together with senior management roles internationally with Lloyds Banking Group in London.
Michael is a Fellow CPA and holds a Bachelor of Business.
Chief Product & Marketing Officer
Heather joined BankVic as Chief Product and Marketing Officer in October 2016, with a 20 year career in Product and Marketing primarily in Financial Services.
Her experience ranges across leadership positions in Australia with AIA, nab, and American Express, as well as Royal Bank of Canada in North America, and American Express in Italy. With a focus in consumer banking, she has lead teams across multiple functions including strategy development, pricing, product management, brand and marketing communications to deliver a step change to the business, and new value to the member.
Heather is married with two children, is a keen cyclist and a rather average runner.
Chief Financial Officer
Anthony joined BankVic as Chief Financial Officer in January 2017, and is responsible for leading the Finance, Treasury, Operations and Business Intelligence & Data Analytics teams.
A Finance Executive with over 20 years experience in the finance, superannuation and investment sectors, Anthony has provided leadership and strategic direction across multiple functions including Finance, Investment, Business Intelligence, Operations and Technology.
Anthony's passion and experience lies in identifying key insights, understanding the dependencies and relationships, and communicating what this means for the business, simply and clearly.
