BankVic announces the election of Debra Robertson, and the retirement of John Capewell from the BankVic Board of Directors
At the recent BankVic Annual General Meeting on 16 November 2017, it was announced that Debra Robertson was elected, and Marianne Luttick and Adrian White re-elected to the Board of Directors, following the director elections in October 2017.
The recent retirement of former Director John Capewell after 18 years on the Board was also acknowledged. John served BankVic as a Director since 1999 and on behalf of the Board, management and staff, Wayne Taylor (Chair, Board of Directors), expressed his gratitude for John’s significant contribution and commitment to BankVic over the last 18 years.
BankVic is also delighted to welcome new Director Debra Robertson. Debra is a superintendent with Victoria Police, with over 34 years of policing experience. She is the recipient of an Australian Police Medal (APM) which is awarded for distinguished service by a member of an Australian police force, and brings significant board and strategic planning experience to the BankVic Board of Directors.
We congratulate Marianne Luttick and Adrian White on their re-election to the Board of Directors.
