Ezepay is a transaction account where you can deposit your salary and enjoy the convenience of paying your bills electronically. Ezesaver is a savings account where you can receive a high interest rate and a bonus rate of 0.20%pa if you donât make any withdrawals in a month.
Can I transfer money between Ezepay and Ezesaver?
Yes. The two accounts are directly linked so you can move your money between your accounts via online, mobile or telephone banking.

Ezepac is primarily designed for members who are looking for a simple, all-in-one package and prefer to conduct their banking via electronic channels such as online, mobile and telephone banking.
Can I have a joint account with the Ezepac?
Yes. To set up your joint account holder will need to complete the Joint Account holder application form (PDF). To apply, simply call Service & Sales on 13 63 73.
Can I have more than one Visa Debit card?
No. You can only have one Visa Debit card with your accounts.
Can I open an Ezesaver account, without having an EzePay?
No. Ezepac is designed specifically as a bundle and consists of Ezepay and Ezesaver .
Can I open any other transaction and savings accounts with Ezepac?
Yes. Members choosing an Ezepac can apply for other savings accounts including Bonus Saver, Easyinvest and Christmas Club accounts. Don't forget there is also our term deposits .
Are there any fees associated with Ezepac?

What if I withdraw $50 from an ATM - will I be charged a fee?
What if I withdraw more than $100 at an ATM?
All ATM withdrawals of $100 or more (Australia-wide) are free. However, an ATM operator fee will appear on your statement as a line item. We will then rebate this fee to your account. Rebates will appear on your statement at the end of the next business day.
I am under 18 - will I be charged any fees with Ezepac?
No. Members under 18 years will not be charged any transaction fees. However, dishonour fees and service charges may apply if accounts are overdrawn.
