There are a range of services we can offer you, depending on your needs and circumstances. The cost of our ongoing service will depend on the level of service required. The types of services we provide to members are described below.
Comprehensive reviews
Comprehensive reviews are offered on a regular basis and you can choose these to be face-to-face meetings or some via telephone option. Reviews are integral to ensure your financial strategy remains on track regardless of changes in your circumstances, the investment markets and regulatory changes. At the review, we can provide assistance regarding your investment portfolio, relevant tax issues, Centrelink, insurance, estate planning and any other issues that may be important to you. Any advice that requires consideration of your personal circumstances may require a written Statement of Advice.
Regular investment reports
Investment reports provide important information including asset allocation, investment performance, fees charged, contributions made, payments made, etc. We'll also send you emails with updates on the financial markets and other areas of relevance.
Access to your financial planner
An important feature of our ongoing service is the ability to phone, write or email your financial planner when required to discuss issues or ask for advice.
Comprehensive written advice
From time to time, you'll require comprehensive written advice regarding your financial strategy. This will be done as part of our ongoing service to you. You may also require advice regarding other issues that arise, such as an inheritance or a change in employment. We're able to provide advice on many of these issues as part of your ongoing service.
Ongoing administrative assistance
As part of our ongoing service, you'll also receive full access to our client administration service for a wide variety of assistance regarding your investments.
