You'll enjoy the following benefits with our regular payments service:
Always remember to keep track of when your regular payments are due for automatic deduction and take the time to double-check that there are sufficient funds in your account to fully cover the bill amount, to avoid the possibility of having to pay a dishonour fee for a rejected payment due to insufficient funds.
To avoid dishonour account fees, always ensure that you have sufficient funds in your accounts prior to the payment due date.
If a regular payment is rejected after three attempts, the next regular payment to be effected will be for the amount of the initial authorised payment only. A regular payment will be cancelled if it is rejected on three consecutive due dates. Account holders will be advised in writing of these rejections and cancellations.
Also, ensure that you set up the regular payment for the correct amount to the correct recipient and account details. If you make an error, let us know immediately and we will investigate the Mistaken Internet Payment, contacting the unintended recipient's bank and requesting they return the funds. Please note it may not always be possible to recover your funds from an unintended recipient.

However, you may be required to pay us the unauthorised amount if in investigating the unauthorised transaction:
